my first sub 6:10. third way was a mess :)

the vod on this run shows it was only 6:08:48 and not the longer 6:09:17, but this was because i had really minor 0.5s to 1s frame drops during the run that added up to nearly 30s over the 6 hours. the mods looked it over and approved it since nothing major is missing
